How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Perfmatter’s account.

Note: You will retain access to support and updates until your license key expires.

Alternative way to cancel PayPal

If you paid with PayPal you can also cancel your automatic payment from directly within your PayPal account:

1. Click the Settings icon next to “Log out.”
2. Click the Payments tab, then click Manage automatic payments under “Automatic payments.”
3. Select the payment you’d like to cancel, then click Cancel.
